Healthy All Together staff are leaders in the community around opioid use disorder. We lead a coalition that meets every other week to discuss issues around opioid use and launch programs dedicated to ending deaths of despair. To get involved and attend coalition meetings, call 970.927.4666.

High Rockies Harm Reduction – an organization working to reduce opioid deaths and helping address addiction through peer support and providing anti-overdose supplies and services.
Aperture of Hope – an advocacy and peer support group founded in honor of a recent overdose death which brings hope and holistic healing as well as education to the valley
Discovery Cafe – A judgment-free zone and resource hub for those in recovery and healing seeking a safe and substance-free space to seek help on their journey
Momenta – a woman’s recovery center offering customized 90-day programs to heal from addiction through a combination of trauma and attachment oriented evidence-based therapies.
A Way Out – an organization providing a range of services for addiction recovery and families of individuals in recovery, including referrals and financial assistance.
